Approach and anchoring
Entrance across a drying bar, navigable from HW minus 2 to HW plus 2 for moderate draughts. Strong tidal streams in the Passe de la Sienne. La Crouie anchorage 0.6 nm E inside the estuary, Hérel marina at Granville 10.1 nm S for all-tide refuge.
Practical
Around 60 visitor buoys laid in summer by the local association. No pontoon and no services on site, the site dries on the banks at low water springs.
Ashore
Dunes and saltmarsh of the Havre de Regnéville, classified Natura 2000 site, GR 223 coastal path on the Pointe d'Agon. Regnéville-sur-Mer village and its medieval castle ruins 2 km up the estuary.
