Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south through the pass between the islets and reefs that shelter the roadstead. The fairway is narrow and requires eyeball navigation in good light. Drop on clean sand in 3 to 6 metres, clear of posidonia meadows where anchoring is regulated. Protected from NE, E and SE winds. Open to the south and the libeccio from the SW.
Practical
Pianottoli-Caldarello small harbour lies 1.4 NM N with limited visitor berths, water and fuel. The commercial marina of Bonifacio is 5.6 NM SE for a full-service stop.
