Approach and anchoring

Approach from the south, keeping clear of the reefs and scattered rocks that extend off the headlands. Anchor on sand in 3 to 6 metres close to the beach. The cove is well sheltered from the northern sector and from east to southeast; leave at once if a strong southwester is forecast.

Practical

No services on site. Pianottoli-Caldarello harbour is 2.6 NM to the east for fuel and provisions. Bonifacio marina is 8.3 NM to the southeast.

Ashore

Sand beach of Arbitru reached by a short track through the maquis. The granite chaos of the Bruzzi and Moines protected area runs west along the coast, with a signposted coastal path linking the nearby coves.
