Approach and anchoring
Approach from the W between Île Molène and the shore, avoiding rocky heads off the points. Bottom is sand with rock patches, so choose a clear patch before dropping. Sheltered from NW through N to E, fully open to SW and W swell.
Practical
Forain anchorage only, no services on the beach. Water, fuel and berths available at Port de Trébeurden 1.1 NM NW. Village of Beg hent 1.8 NM SE offers an alternative refuge in strong westerlies.
Ashore
Sand beach supervised in summer by Trébeurden council. Coast path GR34 runs above the cove towards Pointe de Bihit to the S and Île Milliau causeway to the N, reachable on foot at low water.
