Guide
Approach and anchoring
Reached from Plum Island Sound by working up the Rowley River. The estuary is tidal and shoal-prone, so the river is best run with a rising tide and a careful watch on the channel.
Practical
Operating since 1969. About 60 berths and 20 floating docks, with yard storage and a private launching ramp. Public fuel dock supplying 89 octane petrol and a free pump-out station open to all boats. Repair and maintenance shop, bait and tackle, and a store on site.
