Approach and anchoring

Entered from the East River off Brooklyn Heights. A custom wave attenuation system shelters the floating pontoons behind a 360 ft bulkhead. Call ahead on VHF 71; the marina also trades as Brooklyn Bridge Marina.

Practical

Around 100 berths, of which a small number are kept for transient yachts. Shore power runs from 30 A up to 200 A, with 110 V and 220 V supply. There are heads and showers, a floating bar, and provisioning in nearby DUMBO and Brooklyn Heights.

Ashore

The marina sits inside Brooklyn Bridge Park, with lawns and piers along the East River. Brooklyn Heights Promenade is a short walk uphill, and DUMBO with its galleries and ferry pier is just to the north.
