Approach and anchoring
The marina lies at the entrance to the Hudson on the Manhattan shore. Approach depths reach about 25 feet, with around 16 feet alongside and a tidal range of roughly 4.5 feet. VHF channel 16. The docks were fully rebuilt with floating pontoons in 2016.
Practical
32 berths, including eight set aside for vessels up to about 53 metres. Maximum draught is 4.8 metres. There is a fuel berth on site. Restaurants and shops at Brookfield Place adjoin the marina.
Ashore
The marina is steps from the One World Trade Center and the 9-11 Memorial. The shops and dining of Brookfield Place lead through to the Oculus transport hub. Lower Manhattan's streets and the Hudson River Greenway run from the berths.
