Approach and anchoring
Reached from Puget Sound through the Chittenden Locks and the Lake Washington Ship Canal, about 2.5 NM east of the locks. The marina sits on the north bank of Lake Union, just east of the Aurora Bridge. Fresh water, no tidal range above the locks.
Practical
Long-term yacht berths only, no liveaboards permitted. Metered shore power, fresh water, gated dock access and evening and weekend parking. No fuel berth. Office space rental on site. Phone 206-633-2114.
Ashore
Burke-Gilman Trail runs along the waterfront for walking and cycling. Gas Works Park is about 1 km east and the cafes and shops of central Fremont are 1 km west across the Aurora Bridge.
