Approach and anchoring

From Puget Sound, transit the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks at Ballard then run 2 NM east along the Ship Canal. Nautical Landing is on the west shore of Lake Union, just north of Boatworld Marina. Freshwater moorage, no tidal restriction once above the locks.

Practical

Over 580 m of deep freshwater moorage for yachts from 12 m to 107 m, year round. Dockside power 480 V three-phase 100 amp and 240/208 V single-phase 50 amp. In-place fuel bunkering on the berth. Lower level has 1300 sqm of marine warehouse and workshops, including a 540 sqm bay with 7 m ceilings and a 5-tonne bridge crane.

Ashore

South Lake Union restaurants and retail within walking distance along Westlake Avenue. Seattle/Tacoma International Airport 20 minutes by road. Museum of History and Industry on the lake shore, 1.2 km south.
