Approach and anchoring
From Puget Sound, transit the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks at Ballard and run 2 NM east along the Ship Canal to Lake Union. Western Yacht Harbor sits on the west shore. No tidal restriction above the locks. Lock opening hours apply for the passage in or out.
Practical
Covered and open berths on freshwater pontoons. Office is a 185 sqm wood and glass building set on the roof of the marina structure, rebuilt after the fire.
