Approach and anchoring
Approached from Sandy Hook Bay along a marked channel into the basin. Concrete floating docks throughout. The fuel berth handles both diesel and petrol.
Practical
About 155 wet berths, six of them for personal watercraft, plus 82 dry rack bunks from May to October and winter storage. Two travel lifts on site, 15-ton and 25-ton. Pump-out, ship store, showers and Wi-Fi. Office open 8am to 4.30pm.
History
The 10-acre site was bought by Monmouth County in 1990 to add public boating capacity on the Bayshore. It now forms part of Bayshore Waterfront Park.
