Approach and anchoring
Entered through the breakwater of Atlantic Highlands Municipal Harbor. The club lies close to Sandy Hook and the New York Harbor approaches, a common stopover for boats in transit.
Practical
Moorings and launch service for visiting sailing yachts up to 50 feet, mid-May to early November. A first-floor club house overlooks the bay and the Manhattan skyline. Club phone 732-291-1118, dock phone 732-291-3232.
History
The club was founded in 1953 to promote sailing and yacht racing on the Raritan Bay Shore.
