Municipal 88-berth marina on the south shore of the Straits of Mackinac in Michigan, just east of the Mackinac Bridge.

Approach and anchoring
Open approach from the Straits, fixed and floating pontoons. Working VHF channel 8, monitored on 16. St Ignace is 5.2 NM to the north across the bridge, Mackinac Island 3 NM to the east.
Practical
28 visitor berths, 30 and 50 amp shore power, water and cable at the slips, heads, showers, laundry, ship's store and on-site mechanic. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel, pump-out, travel lift and slipway.
Ashore
Colonial Michilimackinac, the reconstructed 18th-century fort, sits at the foot of the Mackinac Bridge about 600 m west of the marina. Ferries to Mackinac Island leave from the docks alongside.
History
Fort Michilimackinac was built by the French around 1715 as a fur-trade depot, taken by the British in 1761, and the scene of the 1763 Ojibwe attack staged during a stickball game. The garrison was moved to Mackinac Island in 1779 to 1781.
