Approach and anchoring

Right on the mouth of the Cheboygan River, a few hundred metres from Lake Huron on the right bank. Approach the river entrance from the lake on the marked channel. Suited to larger yachts thanks to dredged depths at the lower river berths.

40 berths, seasonal and transient. New and brokerage sales, full service department, engine work, paint and fiberglass, detailing, parts counter and winter storage. Office at 213 Coastguard Drive.

Ashore

Downtown Cheboygan at about 600 m for supermarkets, restaurants and the Cheboygan Opera House. Lake Huron beach at the river mouth. Part of the Walstrom group with sister yards in Harbor Springs, Bay Harbor, Charlevoix and Traverse City.
