Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south between the Embiez islands and the coast, watching for shoals charted around the Petit Rouveau. Rock bottom with poor to mixed holding; drop on a sand patch whenever possible and dive the anchor. Shelter from NW, N and NE; open to the western sector and to any swell pushing in from the south.
Practical
No facilities. Port du Brusc 0.5 NM NE for water, fuel and shops; Port Saint-Pierre des Embiez 0.9 NM NW for a larger marina on the island.
Ashore
The Embiez islands are owned by the Paul Ricard foundation and crossed by a marked coastal path of about 6 km. Institut oceanographique Paul Ricard aquarium on the island, 1 NM by dinghy from the anchorage.
