Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach across open lake water. Weed bottom, holding variable, test the set before leaving the boat. Exposed to easterly winds, sheltered from the prevailing westerlies by the Mont du Chat ridge on the opposite shore.
Practical
No services on the mooring itself. Port de Conjux 2.6 NM north and Port de Plaisance de Chindrieux 2.7 NM north both offer pontoons, water and fuel.
Ashore
Eastern shore of the lake under the cliffs of the Dent du Chat. Chautagne wine road runs along the bank with several producers within 3 km. Vélobleue cycle path around the lake passes close by.
