Guide
Approach and anchoring
Enter King Harbor through the main breakwater opening on the west side of the harbour. Marina is in the south basin, accessed via the inner channel. Watch for fishing boats and dive boats crossing the entrance.
Practical
Berths for a wide range of vessels, fuel berth on the harbour, haul-out and boat repair on site. Shore power and water at the berths, showers, laundry, convenience store and restaurant. Office at 208 Yacht Club Way, contact +1 310 376 6926.
History
After several earlier attempts from 1917 onward, the present King Harbor was started in 1958 and formally dedicated on 19 November 1966. Frank Lloyd Wright Jr. filed an early master plan close to the layout built.
