Summer and winter dockage, billed by length of boat. The yard handles haul-outs, engine repairs, painting and winterising. Open Monday to Saturday, closed Sunday. Used by both bay and offshore anglers.

The Freeport Nautical Mile on Woodcleft Avenue, a strip of seafood restaurants and bars, lies about 1 km north along the canal.
