Shipyard and service pontoon at Le Parun in Baden, on the west shore of the Gulf of Morbihan in Brittany. In business on the site since 1971, renamed Infinity Chantier Naval Le Borgne in 2014.

Approach and anchoring

Reached from the Gulf of Morbihan, navigation inside the gulf is dominated by strong tidal currents through the Passage de la Jument and the main entrance at Port-Navalo. Approach Baden at slack water when possible. Contact the yard before arrival to arrange hauling or a berth at the service pontoon.

Practical

Boatyard focused on maintenance, winter storage and boat sales, about 70 percent of activity is storage and refit. 25,000 m2 of yard space including 3,500 m2 of covered hangars, 10 handling trolleys, a 30-tonne crane and two 20 m paint and varnish cabins. Phone 02 97 57 00 15.

Ashore

Village of Baden at 1.5 km, with bakery, grocer and a small supermarket. Coastal footpath around the gulf accessible from the yard. Larmor-Baden and the boats to the Île aux Moines and the Île d'Arz about 4 km south by road.
