Approach and anchoring
Approach from the north through the Chambre des Glénan, the inner lagoon between Saint-Nicolas, Drénec, Le Loc'h and Bananec. Shoal ground all around, pilotage by day only. Holding is good on sand but exposed from NW through SW.
Ashore
Landing by tender on the Drénec beach facing Saint-Nicolas, 0.4 NM north. Saint-Nicolas has the Glénans sailing school base, a seasonal bar and the path to the Île aux Moutons viewpoint.
