Approach and anchoring

The marina sits beside the Boca Grande Causeway, giving access to Charlotte Harbour, Gasparilla Sound and the Gulf of Mexico through Boca Grande Pass. The Gulf Intracoastal Waterway runs close by.

Practical

Boat launching ramp, dockage, fishing supplies and a convenience store. The marina runs an island taxi service and arranges fishing charters. It is on the Boca Grande Causeway at Placida.

Ashore

Gasparilla Island and the town of Boca Grande, with its beaches and lighthouse, lie across the causeway. The waters of Charlotte Harbour and Gasparilla Sound are known for tarpon, snook and redfish.
