Approach and anchoring
Stump Pass, the marina's link to the Gulf of Mexico, lies about 14 miles north of Boca Grande Pass and 14 miles south-east of Venice. The pass carries shoaling and shifts with the sand, so check a recent local sounding before transiting.
Practical
More than 300 berths between wet slips and dry stack, plus fuel, bait, a chandlery, boat hire and outboard servicing for all makes. Wet slips and overnight berthing are available. The Lighthouse Grill and tiki bar serve waterside food and drink.
Ashore
Stump Pass Beach State Park, reached across the pass, has a white-sand spit and a coastal trail. Shops and provisions are a short drive away in Englewood.
