Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south giving a wide berth to the reefs around the Île d'Or and its square tower. Bottom of rock and algae, holding is mediocre and anchoring on posidonia is prohibited. Sheltered from north and north-east by the red porphyry cliffs of the Dramont, exposed to south and south-west.
Ashore
Plage du Débarquement commemorates the landing of the US 36th Infantry Division on 15 August 1944 and carries a stele with a landing craft. Footpath of the Sémaphore du Dramont climbs to the signal station at 130 m with views over the Esterel. Port du Poussaï is 300 m north-west.
