Family-run marina in St. Mary's County, southern Maryland, just off the Potomac River near the mouth of St. Clement's Bay.

Approach and anchoring
Reached from the Potomac via St. Clement's Bay, a few minutes inside the river. A concrete launch ramp serves trailered boats.
Practical
Covered and uncovered slips for vessels up to 65 feet, in and out service, land storage for boats up to 30 tons, petrol and diesel. Bath houses, on-site laundry, a shaded pavilion with picnic tables and grills, and a ship's store stocking beer, wine and snacks.
Ashore
St. Clement's Island State Park lies about half a mile offshore, reachable by tender or seasonal water taxi. A 40-foot cross raised in 1934 marks the spot.
History
Coltons Point faces St. Clement's Island, where Leonard Calvert and the first Maryland colonists came ashore from the ships Ark and Dove on 25 March 1634. Father Andrew White celebrated the first Catholic mass in the British colonies there that day.
