Approach and anchoring
Reached by road via the base de loisirs de Jablines-Annet. The water body is a former gravel pit lake, not connected to the Marne. No tide, no current, sheltered by the surrounding embankments.
Practical
Dinghy and small keelboat moorings operated by the nautical centre. Sailing school on site. Launching ramp for trailered craft. Café and sanitary facilities within the leisure park.
Ashore
Sandy swimming beach on the main lake, supervised in summer. Cycling loops around the lakes and connection to the EuroVelo 3 corridor along the Marne. Disneyland Paris at about 10 km to the south.
History
The Jablines-Annet lakes were opened as a leisure park in 1988, reclaimed from gravel extraction sites in the Marne valley.
