Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south-west by daylight. Sand and seagrass bottom, holding is poor on posidonia so look for sand patches. Sheltered from NW through N, NE, E and SE. Fully open to S and SW; clear out if the libeccio fills in.
Ashore
Shoreline of pink granite boulders typical of the Sartenais coast. Tizzano village with small harbour, a few restaurants and a grocery lies about 1.7 nm east. No road access to the cala itself; walk the GR du littoral towards the Senetosa lighthouse, a 19th-century twin-tower signal station 4 km to the west.
