Approach and anchoring
Approach from the west with daylight, keeping clear of rocky heads off the point. Sheltered from N, NE, E and NW winds, open to the west and the libeccio swell. Drop on sand between rocky patches and check the set before leaving the boat.
Practical
No services at the anchorage. Tizzano 1.6 NM east has a small harbour with seasonal shops and restaurants. Port de Propriano 8.6 NM north-east for fuel, water, chandlery and full provisioning.
Ashore
Sentier du littoral towards the Cala di Conca and the Genoese watchtower of Campomoro visible to the north. The Tizzano area sits within the Natura 2000 site of the Roccapina and Senetosa coast, one of the least built-up shorelines of Corsica.
