Approach and anchoring
Approach from the open lake with no tidal constraint. The harbour is sheltered by an SF Marina floating wave attenuator that breaks swell from the prevailing west winds across Lake Champlain. Call ahead on VHF 71.

160 berths, 60 transient. Diesel and petrol on the fuel berth, 30 A and 50 A shore power, fresh water, Wi-Fi, ice, pump-out, showers, laundry. Address is 75 Penny Lane.
Ashore
Church Street Marketplace pedestrian shopping street starts 600 m east of the marina. Waterfront Park and the ECHO science centre are on the lakeshore within 400 m. Island Line Trail bike path runs north from the marina along the lake.
