Guide
Approach and anchoring
Entered from the Atlantic through the North Edisto River inlet, or from the Intracoastal Waterway at day mark 110. The river is buoyed and carries good water; the current runs hard on the tide.
Practical
Bohicket Marina lies 0.5 nautical miles south-east, in Bohicket Creek off the North Edisto. It has more than 200 wet berths for boats up to 150 feet, a fuel berth with diesel and petrol, heads, showers and a pump-out. The marked creek channel holds a minimum of 8 feet at low water.
