Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the east with care for the rocks extending off the headland of Beg er Sennerion. Sand bottom with good holding. Sheltered only from W winds and exposed to all other directions.
Practical
No services at the anchorage. Port de l'Argol 0.6 NM to the W is the main harbour of Hoedic, and Port de la Croix lies 0.8 NM to the SW. Both offer moorings and limited shore services.
Ashore
Hoedic village, with the Fort de Hoedic now converted to a small maritime museum, is about 800 m on foot. The island, roughly 2,5 km long, is entirely within the Natura 2000 Mor Braz area.
