Approach and anchoring
Approach from the north, clear of the rocks of Méloine to the NW. Sand holding. Shelter from E, SE, S, SW and W. Open to N and NE winds and swell, untenable in northerlies.
Practical
About 32 moorings in season, no services on site. Locquirec 2.8 NM E for shops and a sheltered harbour drying at low water, Port Diben 4.3 NM W for another drying harbour near Plougasnou.
Ashore
Sentier des douaniers GR 34 runs along the cliffs from Beg an Fry towards Locquirec, about 4 km of coastal path. Beach of Poul Rodou lies just east of the point, sand at low water.
