Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south-east, clear of the Pointe du Conguel rocks which extend roughly 200 m offshore. Sand bottom with good holding. Open to E and SE winds and to the swell rolling in from the Bay of Biscay.
Practical
No services at the anchorage itself. Port-Haliguen marina lies 0.9 NM to the NW and Port Maria 1.5 NM to the W, both with fuel, water and chandlery.
Ashore
Coastal footpath GR 34 runs along the cliff above the anse. Thalasso de Quiberon spa and the Pointe du Conguel car park are within 300 m. Quiberon town centre and the Port Maria ferry terminal to Belle-Île lie about 1.5 km west.
