Approach and anchoring

Enter from the south, leaving the Grand Mont and the Crouesty breakwater to port. Sand bottom. Shelter from N winds only, open to W, SW, S, SE and E. About 53 mooring buoys. VHF 9.

Practical

Port Navalo lies 0.8 NM SW at the mouth of the Gulf with fuel and full services. Port du Crouesty, one of the largest marinas on the Atlantic coast, is 1.1 NM S with over 1400 berths.

Ashore

The GR34 coastal path passes directly above the anse and links Port Navalo lighthouse at 1 km to the Pointe de Bilgroix and the Crouesty beaches. Arzon town centre with shops and restaurants lies 1,5 km inland.
