Approach and anchoring
Approach from seaward with a lookout for rocky patches under the surface. Holding is variable: look for sand between the rocky areas before dropping the hook. The cove is sheltered from W, SW, S, SE and E winds but fully exposed to the N and NE, so clear out if the wind backs north.
Practical
Open roadstead with no facilities ashore. Nearest refuges are Calvi 4.4 NM NE for fuel, water and provisioning, or Galéria 6.3 NM S for a quieter stop.
