Anchorage off Rena Bianca beach at Santa Teresa Gallura in northern Sardinia. Protected nature area where anchoring and buoys were charged in 2026. Sand bottom, sheltered from south winds, exposed to the north and east.

Approach and anchoring
Sand at about 6 m with good holding. In 2023 anchoring was limited to set areas. Submarine cables lie on the left on entry, and a mooring buoy is the safer choice. The bay is open to swell. A slight roll set in with 20 to 25 kn of easterly in 2019. Tourist boats can pass close by day. The bay empties at night.
Practical
In June 2026 anchoring cost 30 euros, and the buoys were charged as well.
Ashore
Dinghies cannot land on the beach, which in 2025 was open only by booking. The port, 1 to 1.5 NM away, has space for dinghies. A Spar supermarket is 600 m from the port. The village above has shops, ice-cream parlours and restaurants.
