Guide
Approach and anchoring
The buoys suit boats of 10, 15 and 24 m. In June 2026 a boat deep in the cove avoided the swell while others rolled. Swell from the north can enter even in westerly wind. The bottom is sand and Posidonia in 5 to 10 m, with about 6 m a few metres from the rocks. There is room for 3 or 4 boats. Lines ashore help when more than two boats share the cove.
Practical
Nobody came to collect a buoy fee in August 2025 or July 2026, and no way to pay was found. A small concrete jetty takes dinghies, and a path leads from it to a snack bar above the cove. Restaurants stand above the cove.
Ashore
A path past the lighthouse leads over the point to small coves. Valle della Luna is about 20 minutes' walk.
