Approach and anchoring
Anchor on sand opposite the sailing school in 3 to 8 m, where holding is good. Further south the depth falls to 2.5 m. In July 2024 the anchor held overnight in a 25 kn westerly, in 7 m on 35 m of chain.
Practical
A supermarket and a chemist stand at the head of the cove. Dinghies land on the beach near the supermarket, where it is shallow and muddy. Crew can step ashore at private pontoons 750 m from the supermarket, but dinghies may not stay there. Fuel could be fetched by dinghy in 2024. Barking dogs and a disco were heard until 2 am in August 2024.
