Approach and anchoring
Anchor in 7 to 15 m on a thin layer of sand over rock and weed. The anchor does not always dig in fully. A catamaran dragged in 20 kn in July 2023. Holding suits light winds only. Large rocks lie off the stone pier and are missing from some charts. Ferries and passing motorboats send wash through.
Practical
The archipelago park fee is paid to a park boat touring the anchorage, around 9 am in 2021. It is charged per calendar day, so one night counts as two days. Dinghies land at the town quay or in Cala Gavetta. Water is available on the town piers. Fuel is available close by.
