Approach and anchoring

Approach into the gulf of Cugnana, north of Olbia. The entrance is narrow, and manoeuvring was difficult in strong winds and heavy motor yacht traffic in July 2025. Call on VHF 9 before entering. Replies can be slow, and the wait in the basin for a berth reached 30 minutes in 2026. A marina boat leads boats in, and berthing is stern-to with lazy lines. Fuel berth on site, open 8.30 am to 1 pm in October 2024 and without diesel in May 2025.

Practical

Book on the marina website. Regattas often fill the marina, and an email request in May 2026 went unanswered. A night for 12.5 m cost 79 euros in May 2025, water and power included. A night for 12 m cost 210 euros in July 2025. Toilets and showers are few, and some are shared by men and women. Rubbish bags cost 20 euros each at the office in 2025. The office is far from some pontoons, and a water taxi ran in 2024.

Ashore

Tartarughino restaurant is 10 minutes on foot. Il Pomodoro and La Pinta are two more restaurants. The church is of architectural interest. A beach lies about 30 minutes away on foot.
