Approach and anchoring

Depths are shallow. In 2022 a yacht found 1.9 m on two approaches and turned back. In 2020 a boat drawing 2 m struck a mooring block while berthing. Follow the marina boatman's directions and keep outside the buoys. The marina boatmen assist berthing, also late in the evening. Sheltered from easterly winds, the marina is exposed to the maestrale, which made sleep impossible for five days in August 2025.

Practical

A 12 m boat paid 69 euros a night in June 2025, plus 15 euros for water and power. July cost 92 euros and August 140 euros. The office is on a boat. Toilets and outdoor showers, with no wifi in 2023. Taxis came from Olbia and charged the return trip in 2023. No taxi service was available in August 2025. The Caddia yard took on repairs in 2023.

Ashore

A restaurant beside the marina, run separately, opened in July and August only in 2023. Porto Rotondo is a long uphill walk, or 5 minutes by car. Spiaggia Ira, towards Porto Rotondo, is 10 minutes on foot.
