Guide

Approach and anchoring

On the New Jersey bank of the tidal Delaware River, with about 12 ft of controlling depth at mean low water. It sits just south of the Adventure Aquarium. Penn's Landing Marina lies 0.4 nautical miles west across the river.

Practical

Part of the 51-acre Ulysses S. Wiggins Waterfront Park, the marina can take boats up to 150 ft. Open 1 May to 31 October. Transient dockage is by reservation only, by telephone on 856 541-7222 or by email after 1 May.

Ashore

The battleship USS New Jersey, now a museum ship, is moored alongside the park. A brick promenade runs past the marina to the Adventure Aquarium and the riverfront concert venue.
