Approach and anchoring
On the Pennsylvania bank of the tidal Delaware River, run by the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation. Open for berthing from 1 May to 31 October. Wiggins Park Marina lies 0.4 nautical miles east across the river and Pier 5 Marina 0.5 nautical miles north.
Practical
About 24 berths on 32 floating finger piers of varying size, with 12 kept for transient boats; reservations advised. There is water, 30 or 50 amp shore power, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour roving security. Daily transient rate about 2.75 dollars per foot.
Ashore
The Independence Seaport Museum sits on the marina, with the cruiser USS Olympia and submarine USS Becuna alongside. Spruce Street Harbor Park, the Great Plaza and Old City are all within walking distance.
