Guide
Approach and anchoring
Anchor in the lagoon clear of the marked Intracoastal channel. The sand and mud bottom gives good holding. The lagoon shelters the anchorage from all directions. Local rules limit anchoring to 30 days in any six-month period, and vessels must stay at least 150 feet clear of marinas and ramps.
Practical
Fresh water is available. The Clematis Street municipal dock offers free day-only docking, with restaurants and shops within walking distance in downtown West Palm Beach. Palm Beach Sailing Club is 0.4 nm south-west and Safe Harbor Rybovich 0.5 nm south-west.
