Guide
Approach and anchoring
Reach it by a short marked channel leading from the ICW behind Fritz Island. Mud bottom holds well. Sheltered from the west by the island; open elsewhere, so swing room and current both need watching.
Practical
No facilities at the anchorage. Vero Beach City Marina is 0.4 miles to the north, with gasoline, diesel and a pump-out on its fuel dock, plus a managed mooring field, showers and a free bus into town. Suntex Marina lies 2.7 miles to the north-west.
