Approach and anchoring
On the Indian River Lagoon stretch of the ICW, between Sebastian Inlet to the north and Fort Pierce Inlet to the south. Approached from the waterway near mile marker 949. Call the harbour office on VHF 16 before arrival. The basin is well sheltered.
Practical
Around 160 floating berths after a recent expansion, taking yachts from 45 ft up to 120 ft, with shore power to 100 amp and 24-hour access. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel, pump-out, ship's store, heads with showers, captain's lounge and a pool.
Ashore
The Grand Harbor community offers two golf courses, tennis courts and an oceanfront beach club. Downtown Vero Beach and its Atlantic beaches lie within a short drive south.
