Approach and anchoring
Entered from the Manatee River, with easy reach to Tampa Bay and the Gulf islands. Approach depth around 3.7 metres, dockside about 2.7 metres. The marina monitors VHF 16 and works channel 72.
Practical
25 of the 225 berths are kept for transient boats, with long-term and liveaboard berths available. Fuel dock with non-ethanol petrol and diesel, open daily 0900 to 1630. PIER 22 restaurant on site.
Ashore
Bradenton Riverwalk runs along the waterfront from the marina, leading on foot to Old Main Street, the Bishop Museum of Science and Nature and the Manatee Performing Arts Center.
