Approach and anchoring

Entered from the Manatee River, which carries about 10 feet at the approach and dockside. The marina lies a short run from Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. VHF channel 16 for the harbour office.

Practical

Around 250 berths for vessels up to 100 feet, with transient space, shore power and a fuel dock. There are three waterfront restaurants on site, plus a pool and a clubhouse. Note that storm damage from the 2024 hurricane season has affected some docks; check current availability before arrival.

Ashore

Downtown Palmetto and its Riverside Drive shops sit within walking distance of the marina. The cities of Bradenton and Sarasota, with their museums and Gulf beaches, are a short drive south across the river.
