Approach and anchoring

Approach from the bay past Concord Point. Fixed docks with about 14 feet approach depth and 8 feet dockside. Staff assist transient boats with berthing. River current runs strong after heavy rain.

Practical

Around 158 deep-water berths, 10 of them transient, plus 120 dry-stack spaces, hoist berths and moorings. Fuel berth, discount chandlery, water, shore power and showers. Engine and hull repair, rigging and a travel lift on site. Baysail sailing school operates here.

Ashore

Picnic areas with grills sit at the dock ends. Concord Point Lighthouse and the waterfront promenade are a short walk away, along with the Maritime Museum and the shops of historic Havre de Grace.
