Approach and anchoring
Approach from the bay past Concord Point. Floating docks with an approach depth of about 16 feet and around 6 feet dockside. River current runs hard after heavy rain.
Practical
Forty-five berths plus 30 moorings, largest vessel about 35 feet. Water, 30 and 50 amp shore power, restrooms, showers, laundry and ice. A 15-ton travel lift handles haul-out, with hull, engine and propeller repair on site. No fuel berth here.
Ashore
Concord Point Lighthouse, built 1827, stands a few minutes' walk away at the end of the three-quarter-mile waterfront promenade. The Havre de Grace Maritime Museum and Decoy Museum sit along the same boardwalk.
