Freshwater delta location reached from the San Joaquin River. No tidal lock. Visitor berthing for reciprocal yacht club members on request.

History
Club founded on a September evening in 1930 in the basement of a sporting goods store in Oakland. The members leased Delta land in 1932 and bought the steam ferryboat Sausalito in 1934 as a floating clubhouse. The Sausalito had carried trains across San Francisco Bay from 1894 to 1932.
